What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a genuine long-term remote opportunity, ideally supporting a UK-based team and working UK hours. I'm interested in healthcare recruitment and compliance as well as general administration, recruitment support, and virtual assistant roles.

At 24/7 Exceptional Care Ltd, I supported recruitment for care and support staff for UK-based care services, working remotely from Pakistan. I sourced applicants through Indeed, Reed, CV-Library, and other online recruitment channels, then reviewed CVs and shortlisted candidates against role requirements.

I coordinated interviews, including online Zoom interviews, and communicated with candidates throughout the recruitment process. I also supported onboarding and pre-employment checks, including DBS follow-up, Right to Work document and Share Code checks, and reference requests.

I maintained candidate files, tracked compliance documents, updated recruitment and staff records, and prepared monthly recruitment records. I'm interested in healthcare recruitment and compliance as well as general administration, recruitment support, and virtual assistant roles.
