At nModal Solutions Inc., I modernized the Data API microservice from .NET Framework 4.7 to .NET 8 and designed Analytics Canvas backend services as independently deployable microservices. I also built data pipeline components for the SaaS analytics product, including a queue-based ingestion pipeline using Azure Service Bus and the Google Analytics 4 API.

I provided technical leadership and mentorship while staying hands-on in design and delivery. I owned Level 3 support for a 24/7 SaaS platform, directed a security audit that remediated 10+ vulnerabilities, and used Claude Code daily across implementation, refactoring and bug fixing.
