At Cielo Costa, I lead architecture and end-to-end delivery of production web applications, APIs, automation platforms, and cloud integrations. I turn client needs into system designs and implementation plans, then build secure solutions using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Azure services.

I’ve designed REST and GraphQL integrations with Microsoft 365, Dataverse, and third-party services. I also defined an order and service automation platform and designed and evolved a React/SPFx operational platform with 19 list views and 14 Kanban boards.

As Founder / Product Engineer at Pillarverse.co, I architect and build SaaS products end to end. I’m building CauseTrack.com for incident management and SalsaHR.com, a modular business-management platform.

My engineering work also includes AI projects with OpenAI APIs, RAG, embeddings and vector retrieval, agents, tool calling, and MCP. Earlier, I designed a delivery scheduling and routing solution using CVRP concepts at Synergy-IT and implemented embedding-based semantic search at 2Vec Consulting.
