At Deloitte, I lead a team of 15–20 FTEs managing end-to-end invoice processing. I improved auto-posting from 19% to 48% by enhancing AI OCR model accuracy from 45% to 89%.
I implemented RPA solutions for invoice matching and managed KPI dashboards covering DPO, invoice processing, and allocation versus processed metrics. I also supported legacy ERP migration through data transformation and cleansing.
At Johnson Controls, I managed Accounts Payable operations and led a team of 15+ employees. I supported the remote transition of invoice processing from IBM Delhi to JCI IBC, and developed SOPs and knowledge-transfer materials.
As Project Lead for the RPA Posting BOT PBI Dashboard initiative, I developed a Power BI dashboard analyzing data processed by seven UiPath BOTs. I used the analysis to track performance and identify reasons for transaction reprocessing and AI OCR errors.
