At Photom Technologies Pvt. Ltd., I owned the mechanical and electromechanical strategy for an autonomous solar-cleaning robot, cutting its weight by 6 kg and improving traction efficiency by ~12%. I also developed a remote docking system that received client sign-off for a 1,000-unit rollout across 400 MW.
At HEI Technology India Pvt. Ltd., I designed solar bollards and glass streetlight poles using Powertube modules. I validated designs through structural FEA and CFD, and prepared manufacturing-ready models, drawings, and BOMs.
At Apeiro Energy Pvt. Ltd., I led mechanical development of a 5 kW vertical-axis wind turbine and designed a 6 kW hybrid wind–solar system. My work also contributed to deployment of a 10 kW hybrid wind–solar microgrid in Mumbai, with ~32% overall system efficiency.
