At CRISIL, I configure and maintain switching technologies including VLANs, trunking, STP, VTP, and port security to support secure network segmentation. I also implement EtherChannel and switch stacking for bandwidth utilization and redundancy.
I assist with BGP and OSPF routing and troubleshoot client and site-to-site VPN connections. Using PRTG, I monitor network performance and resolve link flaps and interface instability.
I coordinate with ISPs and OEM vendors on connectivity issues and escalations, and support firewall high availability, configuration backups, and firmware upgrades. I also document network topology and configuration changes and hold a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
