I’m a detail-oriented QA Engineer with 4 years of experience in manual testing and a strong foundation in Power BI and data analytics. I bring a data-driven mindset to improving product quality, using insights to strengthen coverage before releases.

At SP Tech Inc (2022 – Present), I designed and executed comprehensive manual test cases across functional, regression, and end-to-end scenarios for web and mobile applications. I performed black-box testing against business requirements and documented over 200+ bugs across product releases.

I focus on clear communication and fast defect resolution by partnering with developers, product managers, and stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment. I authored detailed test plans and test strategies for new feature launches, reducing post-release defects through improved pre-release coverage, and tracked the defect lifecycle in JIRA.

I also build interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to track defects, test execution status, and QA metrics—turning reporting into decision support. I’ve created dashboards using Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling) and applied data cleaning/validation to ensure accurate, actionable results.
