What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply demand planning, inventory optimization, logistics coordination, and data analytics to improve supply chain performance and product availability.

At Herbion Pakistan, I develop demand-driven supply and material plans that support product availability across international markets while optimizing inventory and reducing holding costs.

I manage end-to-end production and inventory planning for European e-commerce channels, aligning supply with demand forecasts to improve order fulfillment efficiency. I use data analytics and Power BI dashboards to monitor inventory turnover, service levels, and stock availability for proactive planning decisions.

I coordinate with customs authorities, suppliers, and logistics partners to streamline flows, reduce lead times, and mitigate supply chain disruptions. I also collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations on S&OP processes, backed by an MBA in Supply Chain Management from SZABIST.
