I’m seeking a remote junior QA Automation role to apply my Playwright/TypeScript, BDD, and API contract testing skills in production, working closely with engineering to reproduce defects clearly and automate reliable regression testing.

I’m an ISTQB Certified QA Automation Engineer with a software engineering background, transitioning from technical support into test automation. I built hands-on portfolio projects in JavaScript-based automation (Playwright/TypeScript) covering E2E testing, BDD, API contract testing, and CI/CD pipeline integration.

In my freelance role, I automate desktop and web test scripts with Playwright and Postman, identify critical defects with actionable reproduction steps and logs, and perform exploratory QA across fintech, media, and e-commerce. My Tier 3 technical support experience strengthened my Linux debugging, root-cause analysis, and SQL-driven data investigation skills—so I can debug complex behavior and help teams ship confidently.
