I’m a results-oriented data analyst with a B.Sc. in Physiology and hands-on experience turning messy data into clear, actionable insights. I focus on dashboard development and business intelligence reporting that supports real management decisions.

I’m proficient with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, Excel, and SQL, and I enjoy building KPI-driven reports that teams can trust. In my HR analytics dashboard, I analyzed 1,470 employee records across 35 variables and delivered findings like training reducing attrition by 66% and salary emerging as a primary attrition driver.

I also build performance dashboards for domain-specific outcomes. In my hospital performance project, I tracked revenue (₦4.02M), profit margin (66.82%), and average wait time (63 mins) across 7 departments while analyzing patient outcomes and branch profitability.

I bring an analytical, detail-first mindset—cleaning and transforming data, applying exploratory data analysis, and communicating results through strong visualization and storytelling. I’m currently strengthening my toolkit with Python (pandas, matplotlib in progress) and continue progressing through Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate.
