Amany Ahmed

I'm pursuing an MSc in Nanotechnology at The American University in Cairo while working as a Teaching Assistant in its Construction Engineering department and as a Research Assistant in the Physics department.

Previously, I worked as a Research and Development Engineer in the R&D department of a German battery manufacturing company. My academic background includes a BSc in Special Chemistry and a diploma in Analytical Chemistry and Environmental Science from Suez Canal University.

My practical training spans nanotechnology, pharmaceutical quality control and assurance, safety, and medical laboratory work. At the Electronics Research Institute Nanotechnology Lab, I worked on nano-porous aluminum oxide track research.

I'm also an online volunteer in research and project mentorship with United Nations Volunteers and Africa Youth for Peace and Development. I bring analytical thinking, information analysis, research, communication, and time-management skills to scientific and engineering work.
