At Tech Mahindra, I supported software testing for the Mastercard Account Level Management (ALM) project in a client-facing environment. I designed and executed functional and manual test cases based on business requirements and project specifications.
I performed functional and regression testing, investigated issues, and tracked defects through the bug life cycle. I identified and reported 3 production defects affecting critical product functionality and collaborated with development teams through resolution.
I built test automation skills using Selenium and Java, and developed familiarity with Playwright, JavaScript, and TypeScript. I also contributed to an e-waste management solution that won the Smart India Hackathon 2022 Software Edition.
