What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities in security operations, incident response, threat investigation, or enterprise IT support where I can protect corporate environments, investigate high-priority incidents, and strengthen security operations.

At NCR Voyix, I monitor Splunk, QRadar, and CrowdStrike Falcon alerts in a 24x7 SOC, triaging 20–25 daily incidents with 96% accuracy.

I investigate event logs, endpoint behavior, malware, phishing, and suspicious traffic to establish root cause and scope. I use MITRE ATT&CK, VirusTotal, Hatching Triage, Zscaler, and Wiz Cloud Security to support incident response and identify infrastructure risk.

Working in a three-member team, I helped reduce the organization’s Zscaler risk score from 40+ to 26–29 and achieved a 45% reduction in false positives.

Before security operations, I delivered Tier-1 enterprise support at NCR Corporation and network support at Octa Networks, resolving Windows, macOS, hardware, software, routing, and LAN issues across global and multi-location environments.
