ALYS WANYEKI

Highly accomplished and seasoned director with over 10 years of experience in technical and project management, currently serving as a director at a construction and real estate company. Proven track record of delivering projects on time, managing teams, and driving business growth.

Prior to my current role, I worked as a property acquisition coordinator at an international telecoms company, where I was responsible for end-to-end property projects, including negotiation, permitting, and client relations. I also have experience in real estate valuations, management, and sales, having worked at a real estate company in Nairobi.

In addition to my professional experience, I hold an MBA in International Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the United States International University - Africa, as well as a BA in Real Estate and Economics from the University of Nairobi. I have also undergone various trainings, including entrepreneurial programs, environmental impact assessment, and project management.
