What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote roles where I can design high-impact graphics and support customers through clear communication (email/chat), helping brands deliver consistent visual experiences while meeting fast deadlines.

I’m a detail-oriented Graphic Designer/Illustrator and Customer Support Specialist with 5+ years of experience creating high-quality visual content. I bring strong client communication, remote collaboration skills, and a customer-focused mindset to fast-paced projects.

Since 2020, I’ve worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer for DBT Graphics, producing Social Media Graphics, Brand Materials, Logo, Flyer & Poster Design using Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator. I consult with clients to define creative direction, scope, timelines, and budgets—so deliverables stay on track and true to the vision.

From 2023–2025, I designed event creative as a Graphic Designer for Rhythms Festival Bahamas, including banners and large-scale flyers. I collaborated with the festival coordinator and executed the team’s creative vision while supporting through Email & Chat Support, managing multiple projects with consistent quality.

My training includes Signarama (2021–2023), where I completed and proofed a wide array of print items, and Flexi Fundamentals (2024) focused on Flexi Sign & Print and digital technology. I’m seeking remote roles in Graphic Design and Customer Support, where I can combine strong print/digital design skills with reliable, responsive service.
