What I'm looking for

I’m open to mid-level UX/UI roles where the problems are real and unglamorous.

At Efficient Software Solutions, I design internal product experiences across Churchfield Home Services and Materials Direct. I redesigned the Add Materials and Supplier Split flows to reduce the steps in multi-supplier ordering.

I own core workflows including Confirm Order, work order cards, readiness checklists, and supplier interactions. I also create reusable mobile-first design patterns that make new screens faster to specify and hand off.

I review shipped work against design specs and collaborate with product and engineering to resolve edge cases. I’ve also improved accessibility to WCAG standards and simplified operational screens so teams can scan and complete frequent actions more easily.

Before moving into design, I worked in logistics and customer operations. That experience helps me understand internal workflows from the perspective of the people who use them, and I’m open to mid-level UX/UI roles working on real operational problems.
