Alpesh Damani
@alpeshdamani
I lead FP&A, commercial finance, and performance planning across complex UK businesses.
What I'm looking for
At Maximus, I lead UK financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance analytics, and the design of a new Jedox cloud-based FP&A reporting tool.
Previously, as Head of FP&A UK&I at Aliaxis UK, I coordinated executive planning and reporting, led budget and forecast processes, and helped move reporting from legacy Excel into an automated Global Data Platform.
I've delivered commercial impact in food manufacturing and ingredients, including £20m of cost-price increases for major retailers at Orchard House Foods and annual price-change models that added £20m revenue and £2.5m EBIT at AB Mauri.
Across Maximus, Aliaxis, AB Mauri, Lands’ End, and Howdens, I've built reporting suites, led FP&A and commercial teams, and partnered with executive leaders on performance, investment, margins, and growth.
