What I'm looking for

I seek roles supporting student learning and academic operations where I can apply organization, coordination, and Excel/reporting skills to improve course delivery and student outcomes.

I am a psychology student at Satya Wacana Christian University with practical experience as a Teaching Assistant for Introduction to Psychology, supporting 100 students with assignments, grade and attendance recapitulation, and final class reporting. I bring strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and competency in Microsoft Excel and Word to streamline academic administration.

I have leadership experience from coordinating a university basketball team, organizing training and scrimmages, and managing team logistics for competitions. I am committed to effective time management, team coordination, and clear communication in both academic and extracurricular settings.
