I've managed global teams of 350+ across fixed-price and T&M AMS engagements, owning delivery governance, SLAs, financial management, risk mitigation, resource planning, and executive reporting. My work has delivered multi-million-dollar cost optimization, double-digit productivity gains, and 20–30% cycle-time reductions through automation, Agile transformation, and DevOps enablement.

I'm hands-on with Voice AI agents, avatar-based conversational interfaces, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent systems across Azure AI Foundry, GCP Vertex AI, and AWS Bedrock. I advise architects and engineers on LLM selection, prompt engineering, MLOps, and solution design while partnering with CXOs on AI strategy and digital roadmaps.

Earlier at IBM USA, I delivered mission-critical insurance programs for Nationwide, Chubb, and American Express, with a focus on P&C insurance billing, high availability, and zero critical production defects.
