At Chetu India Pvt Ltd., I lead development of modules for an international Applicant Tracking System using Clean Architecture, CQRS, and MediatR. I also built an MCP server integration that exposes ATS data to AI assistants through read-only natural-language tool calls.
I migrated HR reports from Excel to multi-page Power BI reports, authored SQL reporting views, and added DAX measures and time intelligence. I embedded Power BI Report Server reports in the Angular frontend and improved SQL queries and indexing, reducing report generation time by 40%.
I’ve also developed secure authentication and authorization, real-time Angular dashboards, and integrations with third-party platforms. I use GitHub Copilot and Claude Code in development workflows, and have integrated AI features including resume parsing, job description generation, and voice-to-text evaluation.
