I am a Business Administration student with a strong foundation in management, communication, and customer service, and I’m motivated to turn classroom knowledge into real business impact. I value handling customer interactions with clarity, accuracy, and a professional mindset while staying adaptable to organizational needs.

Through my internship at MCB Bank, I developed practical skills in banking operations, teamwork, and professional conduct. I improved communication and customer interaction skills, learned a basic understanding of banking operations and services, and strengthened the importance of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in a professional environment.

I also build business capabilities through hands-on projects, including a GATORADE marketing campaign where I worked as a team member on brand promotion using visual and presentation materials. Along with academic work like Market Research, Business Plan Development, and HRM Case Study Analysis, I’ve earned a Certificate of Appreciation for active participation in extracurricular activities, and I’m eager to apply this combined experience to contribute to business growth and efficiency.
