I'm based in Brazil and available for fully remote work as a contractor or full-time.

At Deliver IT Serviços de Tecnologia, I contributed to modernizing an enterprise system for healthcare insurance operators. I helped migrate a legacy Oracle Forms system with more than 380,000 user records into a web application, rebuilding screens in Angular and TypeScript and reimplementing business rules in C# and ASP.NET Core.

I refactored the legacy menu and screen management engine, reducing API response time from about 20 seconds to 120–200 milliseconds. I also contributed to migrating a monolithic Angular application to micro frontends with Native Federation, and implemented RabbitMQ reporting and CSV import processes with logs sent to Elasticsearch via Serilog.

At MS5 Tecnologia, I contributed to building a health plan sales platform from scratch, which generated approximately R$2.1M in new contracts. My work also included its Angular subscription front end, Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, and integrations that automated medical scheduling and beneficiary pre-registration.
