I've managed civil construction, design, drafting, and site supervision across international projects in the United States, Rwanda, the Philippines, Tanzania, and Angola.
At Prime Axis General Builder, I supported a $38M California project through accounts payable, conditional waivers, subcontract agreements, change orders, as-built design, schedules of values, and submittals. I also led work as a Superintendent and Graphics Designer for private, public, commercial, residential, and LAUSD projects.
My work with CCECC included the $18M rehabilitation, upgrading, and extension of water supply networks in Huye, Muhanga, and Nyagatare Districts. At Dongil Construction, I managed tender design, CAD drafting, and construction supervision for $30M design-build and renovation work across Rwanda.
I've also delivered drafting and supervision for major projects including an $850M 80-story twin-tower residential development, a $76M medical center and university, resort and casino fit-out work, waterline infrastructure, and structural rebar detailing. I bring more than 16 years in civil construction and build positive working relationships with clients, consultants, coworkers, and vendors.
