What I'm looking for

I seek a role leveraging clinical expertise and leadership to improve patient transitions and outcomes, with opportunities to mentor staff and coordinate multidisciplinary care.

I am a Registered Nurse with progressive clinical and leadership experience across acute, ICU, LTAC, SNF and outpatient surgical settings. I combine hands-on critical care skills with a thorough understanding of post-acute placement, insurance approval processes, and discharge planning.

As a Clinical Liaison and Team Leader, I coordinated referrals, performed chart reviews, verified medical needs, and guided families through admissions while training and mentoring other liaisons. I consistently supported placements across Louisiana and Texas and managed territory marketing to referral sources.

Previously, I managed clinic operations and surgical scheduling for a multi-physician practice, overseeing staff scheduling, inventory, policy development and new-employee training. In critical care roles I monitored complex patients, managed ventilators, tracheostomies, wound VACs and IV therapies, and provided family counseling during high-stress situations.

I hold an Associate of Science in Nursing and maintain active RN licensure in Louisiana with BLS and ACLS certifications. I seek to bring clinical expertise, leadership, and a patient-first approach to a team committed to safe, effective transitions of care.
