At Talleco JobTarget Philippines, I developed and optimized frontend components using Flutter and built backend logic for API integration with Gin. I also collaborated with an Agile team on optimization updates.
For Evacuation Management and Monitoring Assistant (EMMA), I developed core AI agent modules to automate event processing and data routing for an emergency management system focused on disaster response. EMMA was a finalist in the ASEAN AI Hackathon 2026.
My thesis project, SkilSync, combined a semantic RAG system and skills micro-assessment feature with a full-stack admin dashboard and job seeker portfolio builders. I graduated from University of San Jose-Recoletos with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, majoring in Artificial Intelligence & Web Development.
