I review monthly financials, budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and supporting schedules for ownership and senior management.
I lead CAM and operating expense reconciliations, interpret lease provisions, administer base rent and additional rent, and oversee tenant billing, receivables, payables, general ledger activity, and bank reconciliations across multiple entities.
Having progressed from Leasing Agent to Accounting Manager and Controller, I connect lease terms, property operations, and financial performance. I also train teams, strengthen internal controls, and support the accounting and operational setup of new properties and entities.
