Aljo Kier Butardo

I am a fresh graduate with a Bachelor of Secondary Education, Major in English, equipped with practical classroom experience and a strong foundation in English language and literature. I completed 600 hours of supervised teaching practice at Lady of Lourdes Colleges Hospital and Maysan National High School, where I planned and delivered lessons aligned to curriculum standards.

During my practicum I developed and implemented lesson plans, managed classroom activities, conducted assessments, and provided constructive feedback to students. I collaborated with supervising teachers to modify instructional methods for diverse learners and participated in parent-teacher conferences and school meetings.

I bring pedagogical knowledge, communication skills, adaptability, and critical thinking to an entry-level teaching role. I am eager to contribute positively to a school's learning environment while continuing to grow professionally.
