I used Salesforce to handle inquiries and maintain customer records, and worked to move marketing-generated leads toward enrollment. I also participated in field marketing activities, including education fairs and open days.
With Patronato Acli, I supported Italian migrants abroad with social security benefits, documentation requests, and orientation to the German socio-economic context. I used the SESTANTE management system for data entry and worked with Italian and German pension institutions.
