I coordinate leather, synthetic materials, and accessories against seasonal calendars, production goals, quality specifications, and delivery timelines. I work closely with production, R&D, merchandising, marketing, and suppliers to improve material availability, pricing, quality, and on-time performance.
My foundation in leather technology includes processing, dyeing, quality inspection, sample development, and troubleshooting across leather production stages. I focus on resolving material issues quickly, maintaining accurate documentation, controlling inventory, and keeping production moving.
