What I'm looking for

I'm looking to own end-to-end quality for SaaS, CRM, banking, web, or mobile products, collaborate closely with Agile teams, and help build scalable QA processes.

I've owned end-to-end testing for CRM integrations at Voiso, a cloud contact center SaaS platform serving enterprise customers. I tested telephony features and an iOS/Android PWA, validated REST APIs, investigated production issues, and built the QA process and regression suite for CRM integrations from scratch.

I identified and documented 24+ complex API defects that prevented customer data loss, resolved a critical security issue within three hours, and created 20+ Confluence guides for the CRM integration knowledge base.

Previously, I tested core banking products at VDcom and CRM and REST APIs at Modulbank. My work included validating Oracle, Hadoop, and PostgreSQL data, executing regression suites, writing test cases, and clarifying requirements with analysts and developers.

As NiDGE's first QA hire, I defined testing strategy, established bug-tracking standards, and mentored two junior QA engineers while building a functional QA team within three months.
