I'm looking to advise boards, founders, and investors on complex cross-border financing, M&A, governance, capital markets, and ESG matters, where I can align stakeholders and deliver high-stakes transactions.

I've advised Grupo Pão de Açúcar, Casino Groupe LATAM Holding, and their boards on cross-border M&A, public listings, divestitures, and corporate governance, including a US$400M Almacenes Éxito sale and Assaí transactions. I bridge investors, controlling families, executives, and regulators across U.S., Brazilian, European, and LATAM markets.

Most recently, I advise growth companies and venture-backed startups at Zecca Ross Law Firm on commercial agreements, AI platform launches, venture financings, SAFEs, equity incentives, and shareholder arrangements. I also bring ESG and environmental-governance experience, including leading a COP21-aligned voluntary compliance framework across 50+ corporations in São Paulo.
