At Amer Andish Houshmand, I’m designing and building the Agent Studio backend on chatbot.ir, a multi-tenant enterprise agent platform. I handled about 20GB of knowledge input without downtime using resource-aware queues and retries, and built a controlled runtime where the model proposes and the system decides.
I also built grounded RAG that reached about 90% accuracy against organizational policies in internal testing. The agent supports tools and human-in-the-loop interaction within the same run.
Before that, on contract with Agrin Pay, I worked on Ehdasino, a reverse-auction platform for construction materials, from B2B domain discovery through hexagonal architecture, OTP/JWT authentication, and tested delivery. My project work also includes Amreton, an Instagram orders-to-payment product, and HopGo, a dog-walking marketplace; both are live and evolving. I’ve taught free Python courses and continued mentoring learners after the sessions.
