What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and modernize SaaS, CRM, real estate, or customer-facing web platforms, owning full-stack delivery from requirements through testing and production. I value collaborative teams, maintainable systems, and complex workflow challenges.

I'm building and enhancing real estate technology products at Cityscape Technology Corporation, contributing to CityscapeOne, Real Orca, and Digital Office of Realtors for Canadian users, agents, and operations teams.

I work across Laravel, Vue.js, Nuxt.js, NestJS, REST APIs, and relational and NoSQL databases to deliver property search, lead capture, CRM, listing, admin, and agent workflow features. I've also helped modernize legacy PHP and Vue modules into scalable NestJS microservices and improved lead data quality by an estimated 10–25% through stronger capture, validation, and integration workflows.

Previously, I maintained and extended Shape Software, a complex Laravel 5 enterprise CRM SaaS platform, resolving difficult defects and delivering backend modules, API endpoints, and database-driven workflows safely within a mature codebase.

I've also built Laravel and Vue.js taxi-booking and reservation experiences, along with client web applications. I enjoy taking work from requirements through implementation, debugging, testing support, and production delivery while protecting established business workflows.
