I’m an Operations Analyst with hands-on experience across the short-term rental (STR) tech stack, including Guesty, Hostaway, and Escapia, plus active credit risk evaluation. I manage OTA channel setups and PMS configuration across a portfolio of 14 short-term rental clients, using data analysis to identify trends, surface inefficiencies, and improve service-delivery KPIs.

I also bring a customer experience mindset, having maintained a 95% CSAT while supporting Bolt’s UAE ride-hailing operations in a high-volume environment and handling concurrent ticket queues with SLA discipline.
