Senior product designer at KUBRA who conceived Smart Invoice, making complex utility bills easier for everyday readers.

At KUBRA, I proposed and designed the Smart Invoice concept, turning a utility bill into an experience with key facts up front, details on demand, and a built-in tutorial. KUBRA adopted it as a product, launching first with a major US utility.

I designed responsive billing and payment apps, including BizPAY+ and BizHQ+, and brought client feedback into EZ-PAY mobile projects through Figma prototype reviews. I also designed the UI QA process, making handoff 25%+ faster with fewer defects.

I co-founded KUBRA’s desktop design system and founded its mobile counterpart, adopted across eight products. As the team’s WCAG specialist, I helped build accessibility standards into components and supported VoiceOver on Smart Invoice.

I’ve also founded and led digital design teams, and I enjoy sharing what I learn: at KUBRA, I ran workshops for designers, writers, researchers, and team leads on Figma variables, prototyping, and new workflows.
