I'm looking to help biotech, specialty pharmaceutical, venture capital, and board teams translate drug-development strategy into scalable clinical operations, stronger governance, and measurable execution outcomes.

I've led global clinical development programs as both Sponsor and CRO, translating sponsor strategy into executable trial operations across early-phase through late-stage pivotal studies. My work has supported complex autoimmune, rare-disease, oncology, and cell and gene therapy programs, including pivotal trials supporting approval of ixekizumab (Taltz).

Through Weakley Life Sciences Consulting, I provide fractional COO leadership, clinical strategy, governance, CRO oversight, and performance recovery for biotech and specialty pharmaceutical organizations. I've managed $500M+ Phase I-III programs, delivered $20M+ in portfolio revenue acceleration, and build operating models that protect endpoints, timelines, budgets, and patient-centered outcomes.
