What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a healthcare or research role where I can apply statistical modeling in R and Python, clean and validate datasets, and support compliant, well-documented analysis—ideally with opportunities to collaborate in a lab or analytics team.

I’m a Statistics & Quantitative Modeling student at Baruch College with hands-on experience applying statistical modeling to healthcare questions. I’m currently a Computational Research Intern at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, supporting mental health and aging research.

In my role, I analyze health data on connections between mental health and dementia using R and Python. I clean and process research datasets, validate outputs, and document analysis workflows for regulatory review, while contributing to weekly lab discussions.

Before research, I built my operational foundation through over four years in healthcare administration, including HIPAA-compliant recordkeeping and compliance/credentialing tracking for 4,500+ records. I also use Tableau and Excel for reporting and have completed academic projects in mortality analysis, public health statistics, and financial forecasting.
