I’m an active, diligent commerce student and junior accountant with real-world experience in both retail and farm accounts. I’m currently pursuing my Commerce degree at the University of Galway and completed year 1 with a final first-year average in the 2nd grade class honours range.
At Donnellan & Co, I set up clients in Sage Accounting Software and manage day-to-day accounts work, including sales and purchases invoice entry (manual or scanned/auto entry), bank account posting, bank reconciliations, and preparing tax returns for tax-registered clients. I handle stressful, demanding environments while still meeting deadlines.
Previously, as an Accounting Assistant at Whitethorn Retail, I filed and entered invoices, matched delivery dockets to invoices, posted wage journals, and supported accounts payable work by preparing and reconciling bank payments. Alongside accounting, I also coach with Power Soccer and enjoy leading drills and lesson planning—skills that carry over into how I stay organized and reliable at work.
