Alex Kotouch

I am a GRC and cybersecurity professional with a strong background in compliance frameworks, risk management, and security automation. My journey began at Youngstown State University, where I earned a B.S. in Applied Science with a focus on Cyber Security. Since then, I have honed my skills in product development and collaboration within cross-functional teams, driving organizational security improvements.

Currently, I serve as a Product Manager for K2 GRC at Etactics, Inc., where I define product vision and roadmap, aligning with compliance standards. My efforts in enhancing UI/UX have significantly improved user adoption and satisfaction. Previously, as a Compliance Specialist, I audited company compliance with SOC 2 and HIPAA, creating custom compliance tasks and implementing automated processes for evidence collection. My experience also includes an internship focused on security and compliance, where I automated security processes and conducted endpoint security analysis.
