What I'm looking for

I’m looking for senior data science or machine learning roles in PropTech, marketplaces, or forecasting-heavy product companies. I’m available as a contractor for EU remote roles, and relocation is possible.

At Realtify, I built the first machine-learning version of its real estate automated valuation model, then expanded coverage from Prague apartments to properties across the Czech Republic and Slovakia. After PriceHubble acquired Realtify, I continued as a contractor on PriceHubble’s production AVM platform, working across markets in Europe and Japan.

At PriceHubble, I worked on production AVMs and much of the retraining and release-validation cycle, assessing model sensitivities, difficult locations, drift, and regressions. I also helped bring the AVM to the UK and improved the shared framework, including geospatial modelling for markets with uneven listing density.

Before that, I was the primary developer of demand forecasts at JSC Tander for a retail chain with 15,000+ stores. Earlier, at Rielt-Terra, I designed the entity-resolution layer for real-estate listings; at DC Daily, I worked on on-device product detection for a checkout prototype.
