I’m looking for a mission-driven role where I can translate financial and regulatory information into clear public-facing content—combining digital communications, multimedia storytelling, and structured learning to support compliance, education, and public understanding.

I’m a Digital Communications & Public Sector Content Strategist specializing in financial literacy, regulatory communications, and multimedia storytelling for the Philippine public sector. I currently serve as an SEC Information Officer III, shaping how complex capital market and compliance concepts become clear, actionable public information.

At the Securities and Exchange Commission, I planned and delivered digital communication strategies on financial literacy and regulatory messaging. I lead the development of SEC Academy learning materials and manage multimedia content and official digital platforms to support public understanding.

Previously, as an Information Officer I; Media Production Specialist II; and Information Officer III at the Department of Budget and Management, I designed and rolled out nationwide government communication campaigns. I handled official social branding initiatives, press materials, executive presentations, media monitoring, technical livestreaming, and procurement/administrative workflows aligned with government policies.

I also supported IEC webinar delivery for local government units and produced official publications and regional documentation at the Department of Environment and Natural Resources—National Capital Region (South). Alongside this, I developed instructional materials as a Learning Specialist Associate, hosted educational content for digital and broadcast platforms, and strengthened structured learning environments through presentation design, administrative management, and public speaking.
