What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex aviation, MRO or business jet portfolios where I can strengthen governance, financial performance, customer delivery and cross-functional execution.

At Jet Aviation, I lead the Business Jets PMO and a team of 12 Project Managers delivering 15–20 concurrent Gulfstream and Dassault projects. I oversee portfolio governance, financial performance, delivery execution, risk management, quality and customer satisfaction across a multi-million CHF portfolio.

Previously, at TAP Air Portugal, I managed Airbus aircraft launch, acquisition, delivery, phase-in and redelivery programs, including the A330-900neo launch customer program. My engineering and airworthiness background helps me bring together technical, commercial and operational stakeholders to deliver complex aircraft programs in regulated international environments.
