At ReadyWhen Tech Inc., I helped build GoVeyance, a real estate closing platform, from scratch. I designed and built Ontario’s real-time financial calculation engine and built a private lending investor payout module that saved firms an estimated 30–60 minutes per file.

I also contributed to the Ontario backend, built BC’s fee and disbursement accounting system, and owned client-onboarding default data seeding. Earlier, I built a contact management dashboard and more than 40 dynamic forms.
