I’m a Senior Software Engineer with 9+ years of experience designing, building, and maintaining enterprise software products. I focus on backend services, REST API development, and distributed systems that stay reliable in production.

In my recent role at KORE, I led the development of cloud native backend services for enterprise customers across multiple business domains. I designed REST APIs with consistent validation rules, implemented database indexing strategies to reduce query execution time, and introduced background job processing to automate scheduled operations. I also built monitoring dashboards and production alerts to improve incident detection and reduce downtime.

Previously at Twilio, I developed backend services for customer communication workflows and platform integrations. I’ve consistently worked in Agile/Scrum environments, partnered with QA and product teams, and mentored engineers through code and architecture reviews while driving performance optimization and operational reliability.
