What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can improve optical coating manufacturing through process troubleshooting, experimentation, and clear documentation—working with cross-functional teams to scale reliable performance from R&D to production.

I’m an Optical Coating Manufacturing Engineer focused on monitoring manufacturing processes, diagnosing product issues, and improving how optics are coated for better consistency. In my roles, I design and refine optical coating processes, investigate causes of failures, and implement changes that strengthen efficiency and process capability.

I also bring strong hands-on R&D and lab experience, operating and maintaining thin film equipment for Automotive, Low-E, and Solar Control coatings and performing lab measurements on electronic properties, color, and durability. I’m comfortable translating experimental results into clear reports and work instructions, coordinating cross-team efforts to move products from development to production, and presenting updates to a wide audience.
