In my current Pharmacist Supervisor role at CVS Pharmacy, I provide daily customer and patient support while resolving concerns with accuracy and confidentiality. I manage interactions across phone, in-person service, and prescription questions, support workflow consistency during busy hours, and use detailed documentation and record keeping to reduce errors and improve service quality.

Previously, as Pharmacist—In-Charge Supervisor at Kroger Pharmacy, I delivered daily pharmacy support by educating patients, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate documentation and patient records. I was recognized with the “Rising Star Award” for exceptional performance and leadership, and I continue to apply that same customer satisfaction improvement mindset while operating in alignment with HIPAA and privacy standards.
