What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead UX strategy and design systems on complex products, partnering closely with product and development teams. I want to turn research into scalable, accessible interfaces and expand AI-powered workflows that speed up ideation and prototyping.

I’m a Senior UX/UI designer with over ten years of experience in complex digital products, focused on conceptualisation and implementation of strategic UX solutions with a clear focus on user-centered product development. I structure and prioritise complex product requirements to support decision-making processes, and I translate goals into scalable UX solutions.

My work centers on sustainable UX architecture and component-based design systems, including Tokens & Variables, accessibility, and scalable UI models. I facilitate workshops to clarify target audiences, use cases, and product goals, then collaborate closely with product management, development, and business stakeholders to deliver iterative product development and production-ready workflows—now also integrating AI-powered workflows to accelerate research, ideation, and prototyping.
