What I'm looking for

I'm looking to own end-to-end product design for enterprise B2B SaaS, especially workflow-heavy platforms and scalable design systems, partnering closely with product and engineering in remote, cross-functional teams.

I've led product design and design systems for JustRelate Group's enterprise DXP, CRM, and CPQ suite, including a cross-product token-based system deployed across 50+ partner instances. I also led guided selling for 85+ franchise companies, reducing quote turnaround by 43%.

Previously, I led up to 12 people across 40+ healthcare and pharma projects at Von und Zu, where I improved customer inquiries, learning rollout, and course completion while mentoring designers and establishing design quality standards. Across 18 years in enterprise B2B and SaaS, I've owned discovery through production delivery for workflow-heavy, regulated products.
