Improved network availability across ~20 sites and deployed digital signage across ~19 sites, while building standardized RAID reporting and securing multi-quarter roadmap approvals.

Led network and hardware refresh programs across North and South America, coordinating cutovers with leadership in Europe to minimize downtime across retail sites. Delivered POS procurement, deployment, and SaaS integrations in an AWS-based environment, and coordinated CRM, SaaS user profile, and inventory implementations (Cegid/Beanstore) to meet scope and schedule.

Managed international hardware deployment and move-add-change programs across the Americas, ensuring PCI and regulatory compliance across Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. Delivered MobileIron MDM and improved IT support workflows, and optimized warehouse management systems to reduce order fulfillment time and shipping costs across the regional supply chain.

Directed infrastructure and security programs for finance and real estate clients, building repeatable delivery playbooks and governing multi-site buildouts and payments implementations.
