I'm looking to apply sports science and bodybuilding experience in a role where I can design personalized training, support client progress, and deliver safe, effective results.

I've delivered personalized functional and EMS training at Urban Fitness Monteverde / Your Personal Monteverde, adapting sessions to clients' goals and physical conditions while managing memberships, sales, and client retention.

With degrees in Sport and Exercise Science and Preventive and Adapted Physical Activity, both earned with 110/110 cum laude, I combine sports medicine, anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, nutrition education, and bodybuilding practice to create safe, effective training plans. As an active bodybuilder and former rugby coach, I also bring motivational support, physical assessment, and goal-focused coaching.
